Dear Parents and Guardians of the Lakeside Charter Community,

 

I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits.  I am thrilled and honored to introduce myself as the new Principal of Lakeside Charter Academy.  As I step into this role, I am eager to collaborate with each of you in fostering an exceptional educational experience for our students.

 

First and foremost, I would like to express my gratitude for the warm welcome I have received from the Lakeside community.  The reputation of this school for its commitment to academic excellence and nurturing environment is truly remarkable. I am humbled to be a part of it.

 

I come to Lakeside Charter Academy with 26 years of experience as a teacher, assistant principal and principal and the elementary, middle and high school level. I have a deep passion for education.  Throughout my career, I have worked closely with educators, parents, and students, striving to create an environment that empowers students to reach their full potential both academically and personally.

 

My vision as the new principal is to build upon the strong foundation already in place at Lakeside Charter Academy.  I am committed to maintaining a positive and inclusive school culture where every student feels valued and supported.  Together, we will continue to foster an environment that celebrates diversity and promotes our three pillars: scholarship, leadership, and citizenship.

 

Education is a collaborative effort, and I firmly believe that effective communication between parents, teachers, and administrators is essential for the success of our students.  With that in mind, I plan on keeping an open dialogue with our families.  Your insights, ideas, and feedback are vital in shaping the best learning experience for our students.

 

At Lakeside Charter Academy, we will continue to focus on providing a well-rounded education that encourages critical thinking, creativity, and a love for learning.  We will embrace innovative teaching methods, technology, and current educational trends to prepare our students for the challenges of the 21st century.

 

I look forward to meeting each of you in the coming weeks and months.  My door will always be open, and I am eager to listen to your aspirations, concerns, and hope for your children’s education.
