Hello, my name is Tina Harper.  I was born and raised in Greenville, South Carolina where I met my husband from North Carolina.  We have called this area  home for the last 28 years.  We have two boys, one who is about to graduate college at UNC-C and one who is just beginning UNC-C.  We love the Lake Norman community and have many years of service to the church and local scouting. My four years of college lead to a two year degree in Graphic Arts & Communication. After my children were born my love for children led me to pursue a new career.  This is my 24th year of working with children of all ages.  Seventeen years of volunteering with Scouting, where my boys both earned their Eagle.  My hobbies consist of genealogy research, crafting, photo journaling, and horseback riding.   I love animals, especially dogs.  I look forward to getting to know the children in K-3 as their new Teacher Assistant.  I just know this year will be great!  I look forward to all the great adventures in learning we will have together!
