Hello! My name is Julie Kemp, and I teach Kindergarten. There are many reasons I love this grade, but mostly it's because of how creative and open they are to learning new concepts. They are little sponges, and I have the opportunity to be their first elementary teacher and teach in a loving and supportive way. I live in Davidson and have a black cat named Birdy. My sister and her boys as well as my mom moved at the same time and we all love it here. Teaching runs in my family, and I am thrilled to be at Lakeside!
