Dear Lakeside Charter Academy Community,

Greetings I appreciate the warm welcome I’ve been given as the new Interim Principal. It is a privilege to be an LCS Bear!

My background in education spans three decades. I have been an administrator, an elementary school teacher, and a school librarian. Being in a school is my favorite place!

Watching students excel is rewarding. Come to Lakeside’s gym this Friday, February 13 at 9:00am and witness our students receive recognition for academics and other areas of excellence. The program should run about 20-30 minutes. There is also an Art Show along the gym walls. Come and see the creative expression of our students. Immediately afterwards there will be an opportunity for a Meet and Greet and a Question and Answer session with me. I look forward to talking with you!

Reminder

Students should be at school and in their classrooms each day by 8:00. We don’t want anyone to miss important instructional time. Please make every effort to arrive on time.
